Pros
They cover lots of expenses and give good benefits. The employees are very smart and their experience and knowledge are very vast- most people are very willing to help you out, even in tasks that are not in their job responsibilities.
Cons
Can be forced to work long hours, Management can be rude depending on who you are working with. You will most likely be asked to work on tasks that you did not get hired for.
