Pros

Pros working here are getting hired very quickly and jumping into the hiring process Also very nice people and opportunity for switching from part time to full time

Cons

Cons would be starting pay lower than its competitor, and not many hours. Had to get full-time because of most hours after school 3-8 pm

There are multiple seasoned and experienced BCBA's to help guide toward competency, the centers are the best in the area, and the company treats their employees well.

Cons

Typically a bit lower on the pay scale than others, but makes up for this in intangibles.
