Pros

Some pros would be Seeing the growth in the clients is amazing and being apart of their journey brings me so much joy. The staff gets to decide when your lunch is , this could be a con to some but i don’t mind it . I love my coworkers.

Cons

You are told that cant talk to your coworkers or friend them on social media. Being told you don’t have to work saturday sessions but are pretty much forced to. Lack of support with the client and their behaviors. Unclear on what rules they follow and aren’t constant with them and this goes with the ABC guidelines. They care more about getting clients than staff support ( all about the money) . It’s not fun at all , some techs will make it fun for the kids because they feel bad. I wish there was more activities to do with the kids . They don’t seem to care about your own wellbeing which is sad because this job isn’t easy. Impossible to get a day off.

Pros

There are multiple seasoned and experienced BCBA's to help guide toward competency, the centers are the best in the area, and the company treats their employees well.

Cons

Typically a bit lower on the pay scale than others, but makes up for this in intangibles.
