Pros

None I can see or tell

Cons

- No technology other than Azure, they only focus on how many certificates employees can get them. They are so delusional that they think support is DevOps. -Hire and Fire- Hire when project is in pipeline, fire when they loose it. -Micromanagement - Family run shop and Worst HR and payroll - Worst management - Especially managers, they will tell lies about you to higher management so that they can feel superior. -Work timings- you might end up working in graveyard shift so beware because they mention nothing as such during interview and later will say - "it is expected". Basically they will pay you mediocre salary to do nothing and eventually destroy your career so that you are bound to them. If you don't wake up at time, consider you career gone. If your aim in life is to stay home, doing nothing in name of WFH and you feel you have learned everything in life and don't want your career to grow. Please join.
