Why I never prepared my resume after joining AIS? - Solution Architect Applied Information Sciences Employee Review

I joined AIS in 2005, as entry level developer and this year I completed my 16 years, Why I never look for any other jobs in market because AIS has the best Managers, the best cutting edge technologies to work along with great training resources, the best Technical Leaders, the best salary, and most importantly AIS always provides work-life balance, I was able to grow my career along with raising successful kid who accepted admission in one of the best public ivy league colleges. Everything happened the way AIS promised me 16 years ago!
