Pros

sometimes you get a free lunch and go to a good party and might meet a nice co-worker and make a friend that you take with you on your future endeavor when you quit because you cant take it anymore.

Cons

Everything else about the company sucked, before you even start the HR staff and controller look up your house on google maps to see what they can find out about it; it is kind of creepy. This made me feel like there should be some type of law about someone being all in your personal business aside from cleared work that is.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Although we no longer use this process, we have used employee addresses to determine their closest AIS office and appropriate regional email distribution list. In addition to providing challenging and rewarding work, we take pride in our culture by offering opportunities for employees to socialize and celebrate growth and shared success through lunches, and other events at their local AIS office.
