I've been with ALT for nearly 5 years and hands down best placed I've worked in the Central WI area. Management is open to new ideas and there is room for growth. Owners are down to earth and would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it.

Still a lot of process development that needs to happen and typical communication issues. Some political issues within management but nothing that is detrimental to being a great place to work - it would just make getting things done a lot smoother if it wasn't in place.
