Love this place - Sales Manager Applied Laser Technologies Employee Review

I've been with ALT for nearly 5 years and hands down best placed I've worked in the Central WI area. Management is open to new ideas and there is room for growth. Owners are down to earth and would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it.

Still a lot of process development that needs to happen and typical communication issues. Some political issues within management but nothing that is detrimental to being a great place to work - it would just make getting things done a lot smoother if it wasn't in place.

You can pretty much control your destiny applied laser Technologies. You get what you put in. There are some problems in management but no more or less than at any other company. Top management is making great strides to find what problems there are and ways to resolve them.

It can be hard, hot, heavy lifting work. Normal conditions for a manufacturing company. Pay may be a little bit low for some of the skilled labor.
