Majority of the office workers and engineers are very intelligent which makes the place an incredibly competitive yet enlightening place to work in

1. Because majority of people are A-type personalities, there is a cut-throat culture. If you show any incompetence or lack of skills, you will be chewed up and thrown out 2. The most skilled and brightest executives are tyrants yet extremely successful at doing their jobs (excluding people management)
