      Good pay, nice campus, decent benefits

      Cons

      Bad upper management, lay-off possibilities, forced shut-downs, if you do a good job they will pile more work on your shoulders.

      Good compensation, good benefits, many good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor culture distills poor managers to the top. Dishonest, deceitful, biased, and unavailable managers who just tell people what to do without providing any guidance or support. Different departments may operate differently.
