Toxic work environment - lot of backstabbing and lack of support from management. The culture is not the same as it was 10 years ago, there is a significant shift with leadership changes and re-orgs. Very high pressure job - management expects a lot from employees with limited resources. Pay isn't great compared to other companies within the industry.
