Pros

-- Good compensation compared to other jobs -- Flexible hours -- Coworkers on the lower levels are great people -- Everyone here is extremely smart and talented

Cons

-- Long hours all the time. It's expected that you work 12 hour days, and that you come in on weekends. Because of this, your hourly compensation is actually pretty bad. -- No work / life balance at all. Don't know how people with families can survive working at this company. -- Management won't allow more resources / hiring even though it will clearly help teams accomplish more work

Pros

Strong place to start your career. If you do the Fusion Program you will learn a lot. Good training and benefits. Amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Coworkers are smart and grounded people.

Cons

Stingy with salary, raises, and promotions. The engineer roles are broken up into Jr and Senior so the title progression goes Engineer I, I Sr, II, II Sr, etc which slows career progression and pay. Only the CA office gets extra pay due to the expense of living there, even if the MA office is expensive.
