Pros

Autonomy is encouraged in the workload management of job responsibilities to support the needs of the customers and internal businesses. Good opportunities to be successful in team environments and as individual contributors.

Cons

Senior management continues to preach the need to retain key talent to remain competitive in multiple markets, but does not appreciate or understand the value of the resources (employees) necessary to sustain margins in existent programs or capture new business opportunities. Key personnel voluntarily separate or are involuntarily discharged without regard by management of the immediate or long-term impacts from these decisions. Negative employee morale is a residual from the loss of these resources and creates an environment of mistrust and suspicion.

Pros

Strong place to start your career. If you do the Fusion Program you will learn a lot. Good training and benefits. Amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Coworkers are smart and grounded people.

Cons

Stingy with salary, raises, and promotions. The engineer roles are broken up into Jr and Senior so the title progression goes Engineer I, I Sr, II, II Sr, etc which slows career progression and pay. Only the CA office gets extra pay due to the expense of living there, even if the MA office is expensive.
