Pros

Collaborative atmosphere, fantastic colleagues, great autonomy, founders that have a singular vision and mission and drive towards that - and the ability to genuinely bring about lasting change. Rare that a company allows people to grow and learn through mistakes, and at most levels the autonomy is extremely high!

Cons

As with most companies at this stage, growth pangs. Some teams scaling up too fast too soon leading to some amount of dissonance plus role confusion.

Pros

Within a week of leaving, my inbox filled with congratulations & invitations to reconnect from university partners, agents and sector leaders.

Cons

Hire people who won't ask questions. Pay them less than whoever they replaced. Call it a strategy. When the VC money runs out, so will the relationships.
