      Pros

      There are good people that work here, it's unfortunate that they will be broken at some point.

      Cons

      The most recent review is about as accurate as you can get. There was a wonderful architect here for a while, but Tim, the CEO, ran him off over time. What we're left with now is direct interaction between executives and developers, and plans for development change and change back weekly. Developers are blamed every step of the way. This is the most toxic environment I've ever worked in. I've actually told people desperate for a job as a newer dev to stay away, because this place will make you not want to continue this career path. Apptricity is a spirit stealer.

      Pros

      Overall, it's been a great experience and opportunity with a strong emphasis on equality and fairness. I appreciate the open-door policy with management which makes it easy to voice concerns or seek guidance.

      I think the company should hire more employees.

      Pros

      The people besides the CEO are pretty nice. And I hear that if you work in other departments it's better. The ice machine is good.

      Cons

      The CEO is a nut case. The rumor is that he's trying to sell the company for ages but can't find a buyer. It's fine if you work in dev but if you are thinking of joining sales I would run in the opposite direction. No raises, no commission.
