      More than just work - Creative Marketing Manager Apptricity Employee Review

      Pros

      It comes with the territory as a manager that sometimes you have to juggle multiple tasks, but working with such a great team it was very empowering to be able to delegate projects and have people follow through. We worked well as a team here, and I credit that to the companies ability to provide time for folks to spend time together outside of work at events like quarterly gathering, which definitely made us close. Not like some other places I have been where it feels like "mandatory fun".

      Cons

      I took what I thought was a better opportunity elsewhere but I have since realized that the grass isn't always greener.

      Pros

      Overall, it's been a great experience and opportunity with a strong emphasis on equality and fairness. I appreciate the open-door policy with management which makes it easy to voice concerns or seek guidance.

      Cons

      I think the company should hire more employees.

      Pros

      The people besides the CEO are pretty nice. And I hear that if you work in other departments it's better. The ice machine is good.

      Cons

      The CEO is a nut case. The rumor is that he's trying to sell the company for ages but can't find a buyer. It's fine if you work in dev but if you are thinking of joining sales I would run in the opposite direction. No raises, no commission.
