      Pros

      Nice Location in Las Colinas.

      Cons

      Management is the last to put out the effort and the first to blame the employees. Management also likes to talk about "an intense environment” but it is only a cover up for their incompetency. Tim (CEO) comes in apparently whenever he wakes up and few on the management team even live in the state. Every person I interacted with saw through Tim’s stories and it was a running joke in the hallways as most of the employees were planning their exit. Great people that deserve much better. Many of those I enjoyed working with have left.

      Pros

      Overall, it's been a great experience and opportunity with a strong emphasis on equality and fairness. I appreciate the open-door policy with management which makes it easy to voice concerns or seek guidance.

      I think the company should hire more employees.

      Pros

      The people besides the CEO are pretty nice. And I hear that if you work in other departments it's better. The ice machine is good.

      Cons

      The CEO is a nut case. The rumor is that he's trying to sell the company for ages but can't find a buyer. It's fine if you work in dev but if you are thinking of joining sales I would run in the opposite direction. No raises, no commission.
