I always check for reviews in Glassdoor before joining a company. But thought that they were really wrong, and someone who got fired was really mad about the company and put bad comments about that company. But I came to know within 6 months of joining that company. The managers are unproficient, do not have any degree or skills to manage their manpower. There is this one manager who cannot use EXCEL and draws lines on a paper to copy it. Managements promises something to clients that is no even possible. High pressure environment. People are fired and hired everyday if the CEO does not like. Now I work for a really good company which value their people and skills. Thank full for leaving APPTRICITY.
