      Pros

      The lower-level people are super nice. They all suffer with you, and you'll need them to reassure you that you're NOT crazy (and you will suffer if you work here)....

      Cons

      The usual basics of development aren't here. There's no direction, structure, documentation, process. CEO makes demands then yells & blames employees for HIS bad calls. He knows NOTHING about tech/software development - it becomes obvious as soon as you attempt to talk shop with him. The guy name drops and talks a big game but there is zero behind it. What's it called when you promise something and then take money for it, even though you know it doesn't work!? (Hint: starts with an "f" and rhymes with "broad.")

      Pros

      Overall, it's been a great experience and opportunity with a strong emphasis on equality and fairness. I appreciate the open-door policy with management which makes it easy to voice concerns or seek guidance.

      Cons

      I think the company should hire more employees.

      Pros

      The people besides the CEO are pretty nice. And I hear that if you work in other departments it's better. The ice machine is good.

      Cons

      The CEO is a nut case. The rumor is that he's trying to sell the company for ages but can't find a buyer. It's fine if you work in dev but if you are thinking of joining sales I would run in the opposite direction. No raises, no commission.
