very pathetic organization, no policies in place specially for US employees. Do not have much clients and work on C2C basis all the time and do not have good clientele. make huge promises when they hire and later all the promises are gone in air. people working on visas please stay away from them. this is a mere consultancy and not any organization. also payouts are also not proper and timely.
