I joined the company as a trainee with the understanding that my performance during the three-month probation period would determine a salary adjustment. Unfortunately, after completing this period, discussions regarding salary increments were not handled transparently. When I raised the matter, I was met with unprofessional behavior, including dismissive remarks and public criticism in meetings, which felt more like attempts to undermine my confidence rather than providing constructive feedback. The official working hours were stated as 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, but in reality, the workload extended far beyond these hours. Despite finishing work late, the director required daily status updates even after hours, usually around 8:30 PM. These updates often lasted 20–25 minutes, making it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. The company lacks substantial projects and assigns employees tasks beyond their designated roles. For instance, trainees are often required to perform various types of testing unrelated to their original job descriptions. While technical expertise is not a priority, fluency in English appears to be their primary requirement. Management lacks subject matter expertise but often acts as though they are highly knowledgeable, creating a challenging and sometimes frustrating work environment. Employees are expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously, further adding to the stress. The workplace culture is toxic, and LinkedIn posts appear to be more of a tool for external image-building, with employees pressured to engage in them positively. For those considering this company, especially if you have multiple job offers, it is advisable to think carefully before joining. The promises made during recruitment often differ significantly from the reality. Their policy is hire and fire.
