Poor knowledge and lack of empathy

Cons

Its really the worst company you should ever work with. The management is totally heartless , have no empathy, no respect towards employees. Manipulates them and use foul language. The Seniors and Managers also doesn’t have sense how to talk and behave. They will give fake promises and commitments which are never fulfilled by the organisation. Despite being 5 day working, everyone is forced to work on all weekends without any appreciation and still makes a fuss about taking leaves. Its really tough to work in that toxic culture and disturb person’s mental peace.

very pathetic organization, no policies in place specially for US employees. Do not have much clients and work on C2C basis all the time and do not have good clientele. make huge promises when they hire and later all the promises are gone in air. people working on visas please stay away from them. this is a mere consultancy and not any organization. also payouts are also not proper and timely.

Management is bad, They pull trigger from putting the gun on someone's else shoulders. Office Politics and Favourtism on Top.
