The people are fantastic and there is a big focus on spending time with family and friends. Compensation is just as good as Big 4 but the demands are far less.The technology allows for the us to work remote without any stoppage.
Cons
The firm is growing rapidly and still figuring out processes so sometimes communication can be a little disjointed.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
