The firm is just as advertised. Amazed the level of support for all team members in the process of integrating into the technology and processes.

Don't know that I have experienced cons other than the pace of learning, which is normal for any change of firms.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
