The billable hours for tax season are a bit high, but manageable. Too many meetings that take away from meeting your hours during tax season.

This is the best company out there to work for!!
Cons
Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
