      On-board training could be better coordinated. A lot of new systems that are confusing and not coordinated.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!

      Gets very busy at times. But no real cons for me.
