      Pros

      Freedom, autonomy, great benefits, tons of ERG's to be a part of. General feeling of being heard and supported.

      Cons

      Politics, very siloed structure, inter-department communication is weak, too many meetings about nothing, leadership isnt forthcoming

      Pros

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
