      This firm provides opportunities for development and growth. They have a realistic outlook on work/life balance with flexibility (within reason). There is no shortage of appreciation from your peers and management and they have many ways to highlight successes.

      Rapid growth always comes with growing pains.

      This is the best company out there to work for!!

      Cons

      Company is rapidly expanding, and so there seems to be a little bit of confusion in terms of having to switch over softwares and what not. Not a big issue at all though!!
