      Pros

      If you have a good group/team then your day to day can be pretty good. A lot of the people are good/decent to work with.

      Cons

      With all the organizational changes/growth, there's mixed messaging from the top of the organization and sometimes it feels impossible to get answers about changes in the company and proper expectations.
