This is why we have initiated the Lean 2.0 program in our manufacturing sites, to maximize productivity and to focus on continuous improvement. Our safe restart protocol for ramping up production after the shut-downs during due to COVID-19 are also a good example that we are focussing on safe and best-in-class manufacturing - the protocol was recognized industry-wide as best-practice and adopted by other companies.
