      Pros

      Hard to come up with any pros now

      Cons

      Squeaky wheels get the oil. Long term employees get no recognition. Recently started to require employees to go back to the office and taking attendance. Culture is in upheaval. Recently celebrated 25 year work anniversary with no recognition at all. Leadership is leaving in droves.
