      Pros

      Great technology and really cutting edge innovation. The company has all that is needed to be just the greatest in the field. Most of team members are great and collaborative.

      Cons

      Leadership! Very toxic culture. Results above people. People don't matter. No flexibility and no understanding about work-live balance. There is no balance at all - just pushing people with very little resources to perform miracle results. No psychological safety - and firing people is just a routine.

      Pros

      I was placed into high impact roles where I was exposed to various aspects of supply chain. I was able to find what exactly I wanted to focus my career on. I was lucky to get some great managers who were invested in my growth. Company/office puts on alot of small events with food/activities.

      Cons

      The program is advertised to move you from location to location every year. That was not the case with the majority of people in the program.
