Pros

Doing work for the customers is rewarding and it brings me a smile to help them with their problems

Cons

Salesman lie all the time about services and then when a customer cancels because we don’t provide something that was falsely told to them the salespeople will go behind your back and lie and you on the job managers seems not to know what’s going on at all and run things very haphazardly

Pros

Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

Cons

It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
