      Pros

      Great people to work with, great incentives, alot of opportunities to make extra cash, and you get to meet alot of great people(customers), managers are great and easy to talk to if your have any kind problems.

      Cons

      Long hours in the summer time( but great overtime money), working in the rain is probably the worst part of the job.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
