      The hours for the company is good.

      Cons

      Good hours, but not good overtime. Management does not listen to employees concerns, they fire people without any warnings and no information to back up the reason. Communication errors. They favor certain employees over others. Crappy pay, no advancement opportunity's. Behind on paperwork for employees, reviews are not given on time.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
