      Pros

      They regularly incorporate incentives I really liked the management. They are nice guys. It is a well-paying entry level job with pay checks around $1200 twice a month There is a lot of room to move up in this fast growing company

      Cons

      LONG hours. You work at least 10 hour days all the time and work every other Saturday. The sales reps always up-sell the product and often promise customers many things the service doesn't provide. The service doesn't seem to be effective in eliminating pest problems. The company sells out every 5 years and it seems just like everyone is just in it for the money with no real expertise.

      Pros

      Pay and overtime is great, management is decent, you run your own show- upsell, identify pest problems, know your chemicals, different methods, request inventory products

      Cons

      It's a lot of hours in summer. You will hate spiderwebs. I enjoy seeing many beautiful gardens and getting to know the local wasps, birds, and lizards- but it's not for everyone. Don't trust everything management says, and bring up issues early and with tact.
