- Good team culture - Training is priority - Great HQ building - They take care of their employees IF they work their butt off
Cons
- They’ll milk you for every penny you owe them - Micromanaging to the tenth power - Lists reps as “independent contractors” but treats them like a million dollar corporation treats employees - Money comes before everything - If you don’t work harder than you usually would, you’ll waste your summer. Plain and simple - Expect 60+ hour work weeks
