      From 2022 july we losed actual environment of Aptiv. Only workholics can survive. I don't know which will comes under pros or cons

      No work life balence You can't get out from office on time too.

      Absolutely none apply else where

      Cons

      You will never get a straight forward answer or schedule if they tell you 8 to 5 their lying through their teeth you will absolutely never get home before 6 to 7 even 9 somedays and they dont care theyll just keep letting sales techs add houses to your route
