Pros

Very interesting technical problems to solve. We have to solve many of the same IoT Big Data problems that some of the biggest tech companies have to solve. True MVP mentality. We build what our customers use and our software quickly becomes vital to their day to day life. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We eat lunch together, have fun after work, and volunteer together. From day one you feel like you have become part of a family dedicated to one mission.

Cons

It can be difficult to make technical strides while supporting existing customer base. It can also be difficult to prioritize which customer needs should be prioritized for implementation. Free lunch only on Monday and Wednesday and not everyday :)
