Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable.
Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so.
Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities.
New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different.
HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
