Pros

~ Get to see a place many people save up a lot of money to visit ~ Easy to save the money you make as there are few places to spend it ~ Promotions are easy to get if you are a returning employee ~ Cost of living is less every time you come back ~ People are great for the most part - very friendly place!

Cons

~ Living situation: summer camp/dorms ~ Water went off at least 3 nights last summer ~ Rent and food cost are high - hard to make a lot of money ~ They cut hours significantly half-way through and started firing a lot of people - kind of fishy, not what you would expect the "most ethical" company to do

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
