Pros

Compensation is good. Opportunity exists for those who can produce.

Cons

After committing a good portion of my life (over 19 year) to this company, I was sad to watch it decline into a place where reoganizations eveyr 2 years were expected, along with lots of turnover at the regional leadership level. I was told by a senior leader that I was not focusing on making chaings in my region because I didn't fire anyone at the management level. It seems to me the company is making moves with people to conserve costs and go young in the field, saving the largest salaries and positions for the coporate level. The thought leaders of the company left when the company went public, cashing in on their stock options. The gap of talent left was as wide as the Grand Canyon, filled with people who are over their head and continue to fail, firing those around them to buy more time until their severance pakcage is delivered.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
