Pros

Compensation Gas Card Customer Service Internal and External Relationships Upper Management I worked with a lot of great people inside of Aramark and our customers. I often had no trouble getting the necessary things done to create high customer satisfaction. A lot of reviews here are accurate about the expectations for most positions, but I thoroughly enjoyed working there. Every job is demanding, but the ones that do well accept the challenges.

Cons

Price Increases Cost of Goods/Service Passing the buck Not all of the ships sail in the right direction, and it is often hard to rid yourself of a bad employee. Bad employees exist from top to bottom, and the company will not realize it's true potential until they improve their personnel procedures.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
