Pros

Its close to my home.

Cons

I cannot even make a large enough list. I feel like I am invisible because the only time my manager seems to notice me is in times that will benefit him and help his position. Not only that, but HR is terrible and overall they do not care for the health or well-being of their employees. They cannot even follow rules of having non-essential employees work from home with the COVID-19 when we are more than capable of doing so. Being someone who is at high-risk at the moment for this virus I was told I could go home but I wouldn't get paid. However, my "work" that I do here in the office is able to be done remotely. I cannot get out of here fast enough. Its toxic.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
