uncapped earning potential when you can figure out what you're doing. the work life balance is what you make it. typically you have to put in the hours to get the income but if you want to only work 20 hours in a given week, that's up to you.
Cons
100% commission based if you are not a branch manager or administrator. (that means no base pay after the training period) and other than the few supplies they give you, which includes basic stationary and a laptop, bag, pens, office, you are essentially your own business and must develop certain tools and go shopping for folders and labels yourself. TERRIBLE on-boarding and training process. you are encouraged to fall on your face and figure things out. there culture is HIGHLY segmented and disjointed across the organization. the processes are also VERY disjointed and their marketing is tragic. not nearly enough supports in place for cemetery directors. There also seems to be a lack of ambition to grow the business in a sustainable way.
