Pros
caring employees, good offering to consumer
Cons
Self-serving management with no respect for anyone's time or efforts; dollars only matter nothing else .Modern- day slave masters that abuse and take advantage of commissioned sales staff and treat them like salaried employees by downloading administrative work on them as they cut back on paid office staff. Cronyism and old boys club run rampant, with a 70's approach to selling and no real marketing plans or lead generation. A name, any name is a lead. Sales staff are encouraged to be deceptive and manipulative to present and close sales at any cost. The only service to consumers is lip-service when they complain, or will get service if there is potential to sell more.... and there always is. Sales people are expected to work for free on service days in exchange for potential sales or leads, attend too many meetings, trade shows, and dedicated phone-calling times, as well as networking and going on presentations/appointments. If you want Work-life balance, respect, and a decent income; go elsewhere.
