Unrealistic expectations put on directors, and not compensated according to proper so called "draw" Long work hours and expectations do not align. Minimum wage pay and structure is not a draw- you are being paid hourly at minimum wage, therefore really tough to earn what is being presented. You cant turn old leads into gold from 6-8 years ago when they are clearly DO NOT CONTACT redundancy in call expectations to set appointments. FAVORITISM does not work well in a sales environment period!
