Best of both worlds: Arbor is family owned but they also have a head office with HR, Payroll, Customer Service, Service Techs 7 days a week, etc. Very understanding management and upper-management. Client families, their employees and their facilities/grounds are their #1 priority. There are numerous career opportunities and advancement in Funeral Service, Administration, Property Maintenance, Pre-Need Sales, etc.

Cons

Because Arbor genuinely cares for tens of thousands of families every year throughout their 100+ locations across Canada, they can become a larger target for some unfortunate negativity.
