Sales staff are expected to do an enormous amt of administrative work. Hours are not flexible as advertised. Lots of micro management & favoritism. Taught to sell sell sell and push the products quickly. Overtime is not permitted on timesheets unless approved but wont be, however you are expected to work whatever it takes to make your numbers. Arbor doesnt care about your well being only the number you are producing. Upper mgmt protects its managers and if you have an issue you will be micro managed out the door. Seen too many staff members cry in the workplace.
