It is not what the company portrays itself as.It is a large coorperation where there is as many managers coming and going as sales people.When sales are made and a deposit taken, and the client is put on a payment term ýou are paid a monthly residual until your commission is paid out. If you leave the company keeps this monies. One does have to wonder if the managers are pushing their sales people out by always hiring new people and giving them all of the leads making it more and more difficult for the established ones to stay.It seems to be a company culture, just imagine how much monies the company retains from all of their sales people across Canada. Minimum wage is not paid .Successful sales people work between 60 and 80 hours a week in this company. The mandate is to always be hiring.New salespersons are treated well, lots of leads and opportunities, bonuses for doing well, and a nice bonus for their manager. I hope they are not too surprised when the established people leave and it is their turn to work the leads that are 15 years old and their manager is busy getting another bonus for their new and greats!
